Open files are locked #6

Problem with this is that sometimes when you actually try to save, it errors out.

Been noticing this again, although I believe this time around it's because of the user's default browser (Serpent in testing) locking the file for some ridiculous reason.. despite only doing reads. ¯\(ツ)/¯

Doesn't look like that was the case actually. I made Apricot close & dispose of the file reader after reading attributes and it turned out that was the issue, at least on my machine with Vivaldi as the default. I'll reopen if I notice it again but it seems that we're good.
