pins over-writing on each other?? #12

I just did installation instructions, i connected pico to PulseView and i am getting some signals through pin 15 and 14, but in PulseView signal on pin 15 appears on pin 6 section and if i connect a signal to pin 6 signal on pin 15 over-written on it. same for 14 to 5. issue

Sounds the same as #8. A commenter there suggested that the problem could be (assuming linux) the serial port being in a "cooked" mode, where certain sequences are translated as escape codes.
