I couldn't compile e4c, because apparently my version of gcc doesn't like 
things like that:

/**
 * comment
 */ <- is this the end of the comment? or not?
 */

I had to modify e4c.h on line 331, in the 2.3.4 source code. (removing line is 
sufficient).

This seems to still be present in the last version (r182 of the file).

Apart from that, thanks for this fantastic tool. Will save me a lot of time.
