Create flags to set language #11

Is it possible to add a menu near "About" button where to put a list of flags or language code (it, pl, en, eo, ...) to set language? The default one must be the browser language.

http://osm24.eu/testing/index.php I've to change text to flags and link should be with all parameters. I'll try to do it tomorrow.
