Ukrainian translation for osm24 #30

Thank you for adding Ukrainian language, but unfortunately has stopped working selection of languages ​​on the website http://osm24.eu. I thought that this may be related to file uk_UA.php and again revised the it. I removed some extra space before the php and slightly corrected translation. I do not know whether this problem or not. I removed whitespace close to "php" before you sent this comment, Are you sure that is not working? For me works fine.You should try to remove cache.

I've uploaded fixed translation.

Delete cache and cookies does not help. Tested on different browsers in Linux (Debian 7) and Windows (XP). But this is maybe related with HTTP_ACCEPT_LANGUAGE. I try delete all languages for content in webpages (in Opera) and language choice start working. When I add at least one language selection stops working.

P.S. What does this "Report data" on right click (and can also translate this phrase)? Whether it's the notes that are attached to OpenStreetMap? After report data nothing on the osm24-map does not change.
