Add ability to key adjust two decks at once #30

Key adjust is currently determined by which deck has focus via TSI modifiers

But key adjust is controlled by MIDI input sent through Live on the two Params tracks

So turning it on and off could be as simple as arming and disarming the Deck A or B Params MIDI input track

(turning it off is necessary in order to play a Live sampler, as there are only 5 octaves on the keyboard and each deck uses 2 octaves; also, separate TODO - the remix deck needs a keyboard in for pitching)

The problem is that there are too many tracks to see all both deck A and deck B's Param channels at the same time without scrolling around on Push2.

Removing the Cues and Slices tracks and recording that input into the Devices track might solve this - it might be a case of eg using the Octave buttons to switch between the Cues and Slices pad inputs
