Contain MIDI fighter settings within DJ template #9

https://www.soundmanufacture.net/devices/instanttwister is a Max for Live device which allows banks of settings to be stored with an Ableton Live Project. Unsure how it would cope with 3 MFTs but it is a free download. If it worked it would mean that the devices are freed up for use as blank canvasses for other projects.

Loaded Instant Twister patch into bank 4 of the midi Fighter Utility as this is not currently used.

Couldn't get it to work, plus the patch has overridden all 4 banks :(
