Tab order of thumbnails and viewer is disorientating #112

Partially mitigated by rebuild (#102) - tab order is now:

  1. Heading (center)
  2. First gallery item (left)
  3. Viewer (center) - expand button or non-image wrapper

The heading is positioned on top of the viewer but actually precedes the gallery in the DOM.
