Panorama not scrolling

Note: this is prior to releasing wpdtrt-dbth 3.8.0 with table overflow scrollbar CSS.

• Seems to affect macOS Chrome and Safari using mouse
• Keyboard scrolling works when viewer has focus
• Touch scrolling working on mobile Safari

Commencing keyboard scrolling then quickly grabbing the scrollbar works.

If Chrome dev tools is open, even in a separate window, it works.

This is because CDT was in Responsive (touch) mode.

So perhaps the mouseover scrolling is broken. But there should also be a scrollbar. Consider applying the forced scrollbar from wpdtrt-dbth 3.8.0.

Clicking image and then using arrow keys also works

It works on Day 41 (local)

I'm now using Firefox. On my main display (2560 × 1440), mouseover scrolling doesn't work. However if I TAB to the image, the arrow keys do work.
