What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.8.2.0 on CentOS 6.5

You are using a very old version. In the relatively fresh versions, like 3.x, 
you can easily install and deinstall the TURN server, whether you are using the 
binary distribution or a source-compiled installation, they all have a sort of 
"make deinstall" or package deinstallation command. I do not remember how it 
was with 1.8 versions, that is an antique version. If it had no deinstallation 
procedure then you have to remove it manually, file-by-file.
