mysqldb connection problem: runtime error #139

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. ERROR: Cannot open MySQL DB connection: <host=127.0.0.1 dbname=turn 
user=root password= connect_timeout=10>, runtime error

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.2.4.4 on CentOS 6.5

You have to setup the database and the MySQL users accounts, properly.
