Show a list of last plays obtained from channel users through the !np command.

Investigate possibility of including spotify urls.

This scrobbler includes url: https://github.com/fiLLLip/onlineguru-spotify-scrobbler It only works on windows as we speak, but can be reverse engineered and ported to other languages with cross platform support.
