Adds reset css #74

The markdown titles look kinda ugly, and the fact that there are two really big global styles is kinda ugly, but progress is progress.

The code was borrowed / inspired from https://github.com/storybookjs/design-system/blob/master/src/components/shared/global.js, and seemed to work nice, but I am still trying to understand how this global style should be used by users of the system. Will probably touch this when working on #77.
