Analyze and fix issues regarding the newly issued NTNU-cards #3

There has possibly been a change to the RFID number read by our RFID-readers. Need to check the length of these new numbers and adjust the app accordingly.

Valid RFID is now a number of digits in range 8 - 20. This should cut it (atleast @melwil uses this at Kjellern and has not had issues with the new cards). A simple check with the scanner will tell if this issue is ready to be closed.

Now i dont have a fucking clue. Scanned one of the new cards, and it had identical format as my own (older) card. I need to scan more cards. I'm also going to have hakloev re-test the system.

Test completed. Everything is working as it should. New card overwrites the old RFID. Tested a one of the new cards, they have the same 10 digit RFID's. Closing these issues. From what hakloev could tell, it seems like they just directly punched in username after the first new card prompt. Thus, never actually testing if the new card would scan automatically. He did not remember exactly, but it was because he believed it would be the same issue as with krill. We both agreed that the main probable cause (99,999%) was user error.
