Abandoned Cart Logged in User #582

Findings

When there is an already logged in user before they go to the checkout, and then they want to buy an item and are choosing shipping but then close the tab before they go to the payment step.

Expected

Abandoned Cart email will be sent after a certain period that is configured.

Actual

No Abandoned Cart email is sent.

Hi @vacla if a quote has been created (after a product is added to the basket) then it should be eligible for Abandoned Cart, if correctly configured.
