Reset buttons don't work on Reports -> Customer Engagement -> Dashboard page

Side-note - JS filename needs to be updated to better reflect actual content; current name may appear/can be considered deceiving.

Hi Pavlo - thanks for this. We've recently completed this update which removes the Developer configs from the DD Dashboard. The config presented was a clone of the Developer section (but without the required JS) so it was a) broken (as you've observed) and b) not an ideal fit for a general dashboard anyway.
