Given #345 and #346, it will be possible to extend the Dotmesh Operator developed as issue #344 to now run the Dotmesh server in a StatefulSet of a configurable size, no longer tracking the cluster size, and install the new Flexvolume driver via a DaemonSet.
This will then give us the functionality of Phase 1 Cloud Volumes.
