[0.5d] File list api doesn't return the same order every time #559

User requirement

As a dotscientist, I want the file list for my workspace to not jump around

File list api appears to come back in a different order everytime. Order the results by date, maybe? Could also fix on the frontend using the order by table thingy. 🤷‍♀️
