We already have some Dotmesh stress tests... and they've stopped working because we don't run them by default.
Let's reinstate them and get them fixed, then we have a basis to work on additional stress tests we want (eg, commits with lots of metadata): https://github.com/dotmesh-io/dotmesh/issues/603
