Upload tar with header "Extract = true" to get it unarchived into the specified directory, example:
PUT http://dotmesh/s3/admin:foo/mydata with an archive that has text-file.txt will let you get the file back using `http://dotmesh/s3/admin:foo/mydata/text-file.txt
All uploads set response header Snapshot to snapshot ID so you can retrieve it back from the specific commit after the upload.
