E-mail to foundation members regarding asking questions #72

Dropping this PR here for full transparency -- via the Gitter room, I told Jon I'd put together a draft since he's been super swamped.

Also FYI, it's in markdown but if you click on "View File" under files changed, you'll see the markdown preview (so it can be copied into Outlook / Word for later use).

Email was sent today, including above wording as well as information about the election and links to podcast interviews.

Just so you folks know, this email still went to my junk mail. You folks may need to start using an e-mail throttling mechanism that doesn't send too many e-mails at once, so mailservers don't mark the domain as a spam domain. I'm not sure who the email provider we're using for these are, but SendGrid has great tutorials when you set up your account on how to warm up your domain so it's not flagged.
