.Net Focus on Game Development #7

There are so many game engines and tools that .Net supports, not to mention all of the other tools and services that support game development as part of the ecosystem. There's great content already being built around game development with .Net. I get so many questions from the community that wants to know how to start game development, I'd love to see an event that helps those wanting to start building games as well those seasoned game developers and everyone in-between. It also would be a great way for the community to hear more from Microsoft about how we are thinking about gaming and all of the other tools and services that are offered to support the gaming community. Microsoft has such a rich tradition of gaming with XBox and all the other studios that it owns, as well as the recent acquisition of PlayFab, I think it's a great opportunity to have an event that really showcases all there is and inspire the community to build games.

It could be different or maybe it's more about bringing more content focus on .Net for Gaming into the Game Stack Live conference.
