The Scalability on Azure Container Apps section in this doc current indicates that using the Azure SignalR Service when hosting a Blazor Server app on Azure Container Apps (ACA) but it is not actually required or needed. We should remove mention of the Azure SignalR Service from this section.
It is however required to enable session affinity, which is not currently mentioned. We should add guidance to enable session affinity in ACA when deploying Blazor Server apps.
