Postman remove: first-odata-api & odata-expand #33326

Triage note: This looks like it might need cURL or some other option to test with. The instructions are not very specific for the actual testing but assumes Postman is used.

These two were from the Odata-docs repo that were not originally on our radar for repos to handle for this exercise.

@Rick-Anderson, I missed in #33083 that you wanted me to create a separate issue on this for you before I went on vacation. Sorry. If there is no time for you to hit it given it is already the 11th and there is a flood of .NET 9 work, I can try to get it. I have a medium level priority item I could drop instead for August if I need to.

@Rick-Anderson, Just want to make sure you saw this one since we have a heck of a lot going on for August with all the CS effort stuff added at the last minute, preview 7, etc.

This is the very last postman issue. If there is no time for you to hit for August, I can try to take a crack at it. I have a medium level priority item I could drop instead for August if I need to. Although with the CS stuff added and being on OOF the first week I will certainly be squeaking by.
