Visual Studio 2019 -> Add... -> Razor Component... - Use Codebehind #1515

I'm not sure if this is the appropriate place for this request but I would love to be able to add a razor component in Visual Studio using the code behind method documented here: https://www.telerik.com/blogs/using-a-code-behind-approach-to-blazor-components

Additional context

Let me know if this should be moved to Visual Studio User Voice or something similar.
