Rename tutorial index pages for easier navigation on GitHub

@NiklasGustafsson if there was a reason for naming them index (i.e. GitHub Pages hosting), feel free to ignore this PR. Otherwise, this PR makes it easier to see and navigate between the tutorials on GitHub.
