Here is the new folder structure for the getting started.
There is a sub folder for each example as discussed.
The infra folder is also present at this level. This mean that ONE deployment only will be required for all demos
There is a README with the Requirements and the azd up instruction. Once the deployment is done the user will be invite to make a demo selection.
In each demo folder there a README file to explain the demo instructions and a link back to the getting started readme to deploy if it's not already done.
