Create a full-stack app that showcases Aspire using components like:

[ ] Hosted Model Services
- [ ] Text / Chat Inference (i.e. HuggingFace Text Inference)
- [ ] Embedding Inference (i.e. HuggingFace Embedding Inference)
[ ] Vector Database (i.e. Milvus / Qdrant)
[ ] Chat UI (i.e. HuggingFace Chat UI)
[ ] Use SK for orchestration
