Adding the folder HikerAI with the console App and the AZD command to deploy the Azure Open AI resources required for the demo.

This was my working folder structure:

Each project is the next step but also a completely independent runnable console app.

Maybe also having it in a src folder at the root? I believe that helps make history management easier.
