Fixes: #9487

We removed the Java.Interop.NamingCustomAttributes.shproj project in https://github.com/dotnet/java-interop/pull/787, however it still exists in the Xamarin.Android.sln file.

Remove the Java.Interop.NamingCustomAttributes.shproj project from the Xamarin.Android.sln file.
