To build source-build 6.0.102, use dotnet/installer's v6.0.102-source-build tag

Details

Due to a late fix for missing 2.1 and 6.0 template files, dotnet/installer's v6.0.102 tag will not be buildable under source-build. Maintainers and others wanting to build the 6.0.102 source-built SDK should use the v6.0.102-source-build tag instead.

This problem has been fixed for future releases so it should only be a problem for the 6.0.102 release.

Action Items

Distro maintainers and others should use the v6.0.102-source-build tag to build source-build.
