[x] Restart the retrospective series (monthly is probably still fine). Include process changes to that so we can tune the things that aren't working for us.
[x] Ensure that Rollout Scorer is hardened against failures.

Retrospectives are back on the calendar and rollout scorer is working again. Closing this issue!
