Styles from library component get lost after hotreload #45987

Is there an existing issue for this?

Describe the bug

Having a library with component and css isolation, everything works fine until hotreload kicks in and remove the stylesheet css isolation from the library component.

On hotreaload, the css file is removed inspecting the sources, before hotreload we an see how the css is there image

but after hotreload the import is gone image

this is happening on dev machine and refresh doesn't solve the issue, I need to re-compile the solution.

@mkArtakMSFT this looks like a code generation issue to me since the import of the .css file is not present after hot reload.

We've moved this issue to the Backlog milestone. This means that it is not going to be worked on for the coming release. We will reassess the backlog following the current release and consider this item at that time. To learn more about our issue management process and to have better expectation regarding different types of issues you can read our Triage Process.
