Malicious software warning on MacOS when using the latest version #300

I get this error when I run the v1.7.521001

I had to select "Allow anyway" in System Settings to get it to work.

Thanks for raising the issue folks - it looks like we've got some work to do on our code signing pipeline for the macOS binarty. The team is aware of this and investigating.

I had the same problem. But I tried to use the commands from the readme:

mkdir -p dotnet-core-uninstall-1.7.55 tar -zxvf dotnet-core-uninstall.tar -C dotnet-core-uninstall-1.7.55

And it works perfectly :)

M1 Pro, macOS 15.1
