User study feedback: Better testing guidance #1230

We should provide guidance/documentation for product devs to know how to do the following:

  1. How to request an ARM device for troubleshooting a test failure. In the guidance, we can provide a link to this page: https://dnceng.visualstudio.com/internal/_wiki/wikis/DNCEng%20Services%20Wiki/881/Tracking-of-Hardware-not-in-Helix
  2. How to find what commands were called to pass the tests to Helix. The user should be able to get the info in the job list which can be fetched from the Job details API. We should provide this guidance, as well.

Maybe start a "How to work with Helix FAQ"?
