Kusto ingestion failing in dotnet-docker nightly pipeline due to misconfigured WIF identity #1300

The pipeline is getting the following error: 

{"error":"invalid_request","error_description":"Multiple user assigned identities exist, please specify the clientId / resourceId of the identity in the token request"}

The ingest kusto information step is not configured to run with authentication: https://github.com/dotnet/docker-tools/blob/82ced66fc184e1580f3533d7d858ffd0d36aefc6/eng/common/templates/jobs/publish.yml#L130-L142
