Xamarin.Forms has a very long doc on using Azure Notification Hubs to manage PNS: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/developer/mobile-apps/notification-hubs-backend-service-xamarin-forms

This content should be migrated to .NET MAUI.
