Incorrect link on dotnet-architecture/eShopOnWeb #35008

Issue description

On the dotnet-architecture/eShopOnWeb the link to "Architecting Modern Web Applications with ASP.NET Core and Azure" states it is updated for ASP.NET Core 7.0 (Edition 7.0), but the PDF links to the ASP.NET Core 6.0 (Edition 6.0) version.

The PDF linked from https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/architecture/modern-web-apps-azure/ hasn't been updated either. @BillWagner @jamesmontemagno @ardalis Do you know how we update that?
