Nuget requirement

I needed to include this nuget package. This should be added to the documentation for this error. I already had identity, not the sub-package. Microsoft.AspNetCore.Identity.UI

Hi @MarijnPessers

We're not going to add links to specific NuGet packages for this compiler error. Instead, the plan is to update API pages to include a link to the relevant NuGet package. That will work for all potential missing APIs, whereas updating this page would require a comprehensive list of all packages to provide sufficient help.

I'll leave this open, as we should point to directions to make it easier to find the appropriate package, but we won't add a list o likely packages.
