VSCode Installing .NET Interactive #3133

The package and version I'm asking about: .NET Interactive version 1.0.440301

Question

I tried to create a "Polyglot Notebook: Create Default Notebook" which then starts a notification that says: "Installing .NET Interactive version 1.0.44031..." This installation notification keeps on running and nothing installs.

I also get the following dialog box image

I solved my issue associated with reading NuGet.Config.
