at https://github.com/dotnet/iot/blob/main/samples/force-sensitive-resistor/README.md the following link is broken: please refer this for more about binding MCP3008

also at https://github.com/dotnet/iot/blob/main/samples/led-more-blinking-lights/README.md similar (not exactly the same, ends in README.md) broken link is at phrase "Mcp3008 samples"

so probably at other docs too should search for "Mcp3008" and check the links
