Some explored models are not shown in the experiment output list of mlnet cli. #1862

Describe the bug

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Manually run a regression experiment;
  2. See issue: sometimes not all explored models are shown in the experiment output list of mlnet cli.

Expected behavior All explored models are shown in the experiment output list.

It looks like there is some overlap with https://github.com/dotnet/machinelearning-modelbuilder/issues/1746, but additional issues are mentioned here.

The bug is still repro on the latest MLNET CLI version 16.17.0, This happens occasionally. image
