Problem encountered on https://dotnet.microsoft.com/learn/machinelearning-ai/ml-dotnet-get-started-tutorial/evaluate Operating System: macos

The link https://aka.ms/mlnet-cli is broken.

I just fixed the AKA.MS url. It should work now, closing the issue.
