[SearchBar] ReturnsNonEmptyNativeBoundingBounds (*) fails on iOS #11136

Description

The SearchBar control on iOS currently ignores the HeightRequest/WidthRequest and always just takes up the same amount of space

We've moved this issue to the Backlog milestone. This means that it is not going to be worked on for the coming release.
