Lottie animations (SKLottieView) do not render inside CollectionView.EmptyView on both iOS and Android #22529

Description

Lottie animations inside the EmptyView of a CollectionView will not render, but will render normally inside ItemTemplate. I've not tested this issue on ListView or CarouselView.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a new .Net MAUI App using the standard Visual Studio template.
  2. Add the Nuget package SkiaSharp.Extended.UI.Maui to the project.
  3. Add a lottie json file to the Resources>Raw folder. In my case I downloaded any example file from http://lottiefiles.com/. My sample is attached lottie.json
  4. Replace the MainPage.xaml content with from the following code, adding the specific namespace declaration xmlns:skia="clr-namespace:SkiaSharp.Extended.UI.Controls;assembly=SkiaSharp.Extended.UI" at the top, and renaming the lottie file name to the name of the file added to the project/solution.

  1. Run the project and notice that the ItemsSource is set to an empty array and that the lottie animation won't be rendered in the app (on either iOS or Android).
  2. Uncomment the ItemsSource items so that ItemsSource is set to an array with three items (below), and run the application again to see the animations will render in the app.

I was able to partially reproduce the sample

AppMAUI.zip

lottie.json was not rendered

When removing lotti.json and uncommenting
