Description

The Static and Dynamic Height pages cannot be scrolled on Android and Windows platform.

Steps to Reproduce

1.Deploy https://devdiv.visualstudio.com/Pkgs/_git/VS.TestAssets.Xaml?path=/Assets/Projects/ManualMauiTests to Android. 2.Click I9->Scrolling with no jitter 3.Go to Static Height page and Dynamic Height page.

Actual result: The Static and Dynamic Height pages cannot be scrolled on Android and Windows platform.

Expected result: The scrolling doesn't end up skipping or jittering with different heights of items.

Is this a regression from previous behavior?

Not a regression, this can be reproduced on 8.0.70 & 8.0.3.
