Affected case: I6-Grouping-I6 - Grouping with GridItemsLayouts for Vertical list with GridItemsLayout.VerticalItemSpacing

Small &Big &Awesome strings are displayed repeatedly after reducing the windows.

Steps to Reproduce

1.Deploy https://devdiv.visualstudio.com/Pkgs/_git/VS.TestAssets.Xaml?path=/Assets/Projects/ManualMauiTests to Maccatalyst. 2.Navigate to 'I CollectionView' ->'I6 Grouping' -> 'Grouping with GridItemsLayouts for Vertical list with GridItemsLayout.VerticalItemSpacing'. 3.Reduce the window， Small &Big &Awesome strings are displayed repeatedly. Actual Behavior: Small &Big &Awesome strings are displayed repeatedly Expected Behavior: When the window is reduced, the page layout is normal.
