Affected case: I6-Grouping-I6 - Grouping with GridItemsLayouts for Vertical list with GridItemsLayout.VerticalItemSpacing
Note: there is a known closed bug in GitHub: https://github.com/dotnet/maui/issues/7620
Steps to Reproduce
1.Deploy https://devdiv.visualstudio.com/Pkgs/_git/VS.TestAssets.Xaml?path=/Assets/Projects/ManualMauiTests to Maccatalyst. 2.Navigate to 'I CollectionView' ->'I6 Grouping' -> 'Grouping with GridItemsLayouts for Vertical list with GridItemsLayout.VerticalItemSpacing'.

Not a regression, the issue also reproduced on 8.0.70 & 8.0.3
