Add Maui 8.0.93 SR9.3 to list of Versions for github issues (etc) #25765

Description

As usual, once a new version is out, someone forgets to update the list of versions available for us to report bugs against. similar previous bugs https://github.com/dotnet/maui/issues/23059 https://github.com/dotnet/maui/issues/21298

this very simple step should be added to your release process... either automated or added to a list of tasks for whoever publishes the new version.

  1. attempt to create a new bug
  2. OBSERVE:
  3. Current production version is not available in drop down version pickers. Image
