[Windows] [Scenario Day] IndicatorView using templated icons not working #7144

Description

IndicatorView using templated icons not working. indicatorview-templated

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Download IndicatorViewDemos.zip
  2. Launch the App on Windows and navigate to the second item in the list.
  3. IndicatorView is not rendering.

verified repro on windows with above project.

We've moved this issue to the Backlog milestone. This means that it is not going to be worked on for the coming release. Verified this issue with Visual Studio Enterprise 17.6.0 Preview 6.0. Can repro on Windows platform with above project. IndicatorViewDemos.zip
